Attached Primary Care Staff

The District Nurses provide nursing care for house bound patients and the terminally ill.

The Community Matron provides nursing care at home for patients with chronic medical conditions.

The Midwives provide full maternity services both antenatally and postnatally, at The Sure-Start Centre, Broomhill Road, Hucknall, Nottingham and at the patient’s home.

The Health Visitor provides advice and help for babies and young children with their parents.

All attached primary care staff have discussions with the doctors every week.

Oakenhall Medical Practice offers appointments with both male and female doctors. There are times when the named doctors above are not available, the practice will then offer appointments with an sessional GP who could be male or female.
